Luciana Mirabela Roberta Florea, better known as Lucy, is Viaticum Gallery’s studio coordinator. She runs the front desk, answers inquiries and manages bookings, works with clients on their tattoo designs during consultations, and looks after the studio’s social media. Energetic, organised and with a strong sense of aesthetics, she makes sure every client feels welcome from the very first contact.

Lucy has a sharp eye for detail and a real feel for design. During consultations she helps clients turn their ideas into a clear concept, so every project starts on the right foot.

Her colleagues greatly appreciate her reliability, work ethic and ability to face challenges with curiosity and a calm head.

She is responsible for the entire booking system, answering inquiries, coordinating appointments and making sure everything runs on time. She also manages the studio’s digital presence, sharing engaging content that brings new clients to Viaticum.

Lucy’s warm, professional and welcoming demeanour makes clients feel safe and cared for. She is an important ambassador for the studio’s values and environment.
